My First Brighton Necklace...

So Handsome!

My necklace

June is 100% girl! She loves jewelry and always takes mine and tries to put it on. I decided it was time for her first real neckace and it had to be Brighton. I worked for Brighton before I had kids and loved the company, they were so good to me and the product is the best out there for the money! Sounds like I still work for them, but I can say it is truely a family company and I loved the people... I miss the people especially days when I have nothing but Diego theme song in my head and wonder if I will ever quit saying the word "No!" So, I went to Merle Norman and she has her first charm necklace with "June" on there. She is so prissy, she wears it proud and loves to show it off. The only problem is Wyatt wants a necklace now, so I have to find a "manly" necklace for him!

Potty Training....

The nightmare contines. Again, another thing never mentioned before becoming a "Mommy" and now I know why.. it is not the fun part of parenting. Wyatt somehow refuses to go to the potty. We have started the potty training thing, so I am afraid to stop so we are battling it everyday. I have tried every trick I have heard, incentives, TV, now we are on the game "sink the Cherrios." The only problem now is he eats the Cherrios before he can throw them in the tiolet. It not help that my dear, sweet friend Jenn trained her son in one week and now her two year old (as of two weeks) is potty trained as well! What is the deal?! I just had to vent my frustration bc I am tied of cleaning up pee, washing and changing clothes. IF they are hard to potty train does this mean they are hard to teach in the future?! IF so, we are in trouble.

Catch up... a week of birthdays!

Happy Birthday Hudson! We love you!
Happy 95th BIRTHDAY G.G.! We love you and look forward to seeing you in a couple of weeks.

Wyatt showing off with Locker

Locker at the wheel.. watch out!

There will only go in "fast" mode, and it makes me a little nervous, I have to run to keep up with them! Now I know why the jeep came with such good seat belts

Papa and Wyatt on a special boys night. Dad picked Wyatt up took him to dinner and then to the horse show. Wyatt was so excited to wear his boots like Papa and go "by himself." I think Dad had a good time too. I know they had to leave early, but that is Dad's style anyway. He was always afraid to get stuck in traffic at events, so as a kid we always left early! Took the fun out of it sometimes, but we never got stuck in traffic jams!

Handsome boys.

My dare devil.. she does not sit on the four wheeler, she trick rides and claps her hands! I am afraid what this might mean in the future. Just this week Jenn and I were at the park and she is right beside me and within 2 seconds she bolts and goes face first down the slide. She just jumps up and smiles. IT gave us a heart attack.

Yeah! I have my computer back.. I guess when you do not keep up with your blog every couple of days, you forget what happens! Last week was great because we finally met Miss Elizabeth Anne Johnson. Laura had her Wednesday and went home Thursday.. less than 24 hours later. Clearly the drugs must of been affecting her! (truth is she could not stand to be away from the boys...) They are all doing great, she is a trooper and such a good mommy. We had the pleasure of having Locker yesterday to give her a break and really it was a break for me. My girlfriend Kaylynn said last week on the phone how much easier it was to have two so they can play with each other and I have to agree. June is so young, it is more like bulling at this point with Wyatt, but with Locker they keep each other entertained. June thinks she is big anyway and she tags along wherever they go.

Jenn also had good news this week, her mom is home and doing really well. She had the most complicated surgery and yet is doing fantastic... those women are strong!

My grandmother had her 95th birthday this week too.. so HAPPY BIRTHDAY G.G! We love you more and more and are so grateful to have you with us. Also, Sweet Hudson turned 2! My future son in law is growing up way too fast. I need to get a picture of June and Hudson, they are so sweet together. Who really said arranged marriages were a bad idea? Think about how much knowledge we have compared to young, dumb teenagers?! You should pair them up with someone you love bc you can spend holidays together, live close to each other and vacation together. They grow up with the same views and love so, why not?! It saves heartache and arguments in the long run.
Well we had a good weekend, Skeet and Nini kept the kids Friday night and we enjoyed dinner out and sleeping in on Saturday! That is a mini vacation in itself. Time change always messes us up.. so long for my "its dark outside, time for bed." Wyatt said tonight, " I am not tired, it is not dark!" I have to agree, it messes me up too. June is still screaming as I am typing.. she is not a happy camper!
